Wish I could leave 0 starts for Deidra. If you’re in a customer service environment, your job is to do just that. My mom came in to get some help and she received POOR customer service. I spoke to Deidra over the phone to translate for my mother. The way she spoke to me over the phone with the worst attitude it’s unbelievable. Can’t believe you come to “professionals” to ask for help and they make you feel like you’re such a bother.
