Came here @6pm to try and use vacuums after being out of town and instead of saying anything that they were closing early they literally started taking hoses down and even went behind me and my husband and took our hoses. Never had issues before today.

Went through the wash on Big Spring in Midland today, in a 2023 Aviator. Your workers stacked the vehicles into the wash too close and then send us through where two employees are drying at the end. I was approaching the end and was forced to lay on the horn and brakes to avoid running into the back of the car they were drying. For the price of the wash the car is never truly cleaned and the guys drying are creating a Hazzard of vehicles piling up in your wash. We will not be using your car wash ever again. Best wishes.

Lester and Chautauqua did a great job, taking extra effort to clean my car. Would recommend the tire clean and shine after car wash. Tip them a little extra as they work very hard

James the attendant at the entrance was very polite. A very helpful gentleman, treated me with great respect and made me feel appreciated. Great employees like him make great companies shine!!!!

Terrible service, the machines remain damaged, it is terrible, I wish a good automatic car wash arrived…. I pay membership and I come once a month but it's always the same

Best service in town! Always go to this Mighty Wash and we have one just down the road, but WE love Becky! She always has a smile, great attitude, friendly, and we always recieve great service! The team always waves says hi too while we are waiting to stroll thru, great crew!
