I had the worst experience ever releated to a repair shop.Transmittion had issues and took the truck to this shop, the diagnosed and fixed after 2 weeks from getting it into the shop, and I was told that the problem was the transmission pump.After 900 miles after truck repaired it started doing the same thing like before getting it fixed, so I took it back to the same shop because the job had warranty.This second time that the truck was in the shop stayed 2 months just sitting there at the shop's parking lot and they didn't even bother on looking at it. I was going at least 2 times a week to ask if he already have time to diagnose or do something on the truck, he used to tell me everytime that He was gonna look at it the next morning but that never happened in 2 months.Long story short I hauled off that shop after 2 months and took it to a different shop in Odessa, so in my personal experience I would never ever recomend this shop to any of my friends or family. They need to be straight and fair with every customer, and abously they are not. Probably they were a good shop in the past according the the reviews he has, but they are a good shop anymore, liars and unprofessional fron my experience.

I called this guys 3 times and text many times about ding some work. He promised me an estimate by Monday and this was on a Friday. On Tues I called and text again and he will not respond. He's very unprofessional and unpleasant person! I would NEVER recommend this business.

Very professional and helpful, was given the run around by several shops and was left on the side of the road. After having it repaired by these guys it's finally running right. Quality work, fair prices and a quick turn around is how they earned my business.

Coming through Midland I cracked the front drive shaft on my 06 F350. Transfer case leaking. Dropped it off on Monday. Marshall rebuilt the transfer case himself had the drive shaft made from Odessa. I picked the truck up that Friday. Been riding high ever since. Marshall and his crew......GOLD. Thanks.

If I could give it less stars, I would. He had my husband's truck for almost 3 months and still never fixed it. He told us the day before we went to haul it on a trailer that he had tried to work on it again but, we get there and it's obvious it didn't even move. Do not go here. Horrible service, they never call you and barely answer the phone.

Its a misplaced shop and out side town, but that makes for easy in and out travel, the mechanic is a great guy, and the work he did for me was and is still doing great. Good service, he got my truck in and out in an impressive amount of time for a shop in middland

Marshall and midland transmission and gear are an awesome bunch of folks. They put a new engine in my chevy pickup, and even worked overtime to get it done in a timely fashion. I would recommend them to anyone needing their vehicle worked on. Marshall is a straight shooter and will be upfront with the price and turn around time.
