Been going to this dealership on and off for 20 years. I have never experienced the problems stated in other reviews. Parts/sales/service are all top notch. Came from Lubbock to buy another adult bike (Kawasaki H2) .Wasn't a fan of how tall it was and felt like I was fllying versus sitting.. Left that day with a new Hayabusa instead. Paid cash and a week later I have plates bla bla bla. Have also ordered a new full exhaust and carbon fiber parts and again .. no problems.

Terrible experience. I would not recommend doing business here. Thought we had a deal. I showed up to finalize, pay down payment and sign papers on a used side by side. They sold it out from under me after they hit my credit with a hard inquiry that lowered my credit score. Thank Midland Powersports I appreciate it.

Several years ago, I purchased a used Yamaha Waverunner from a man that bought it used at Midland PowerSports. They told him that it was a trade-in and that it had been completely checked out and was lake-ready. The man took it to the lake and it only ran 20 minutes before the engine seized.One of the most common problems on the 2-stroke Yamahas is that the oil lines fall off resulting in destruction of the engine. That's what happened in this case. Midland Powersports neglected to do a simple check of a well known problem on these engines and lied to the customer. The man paid $2500 for the Waverunner, with trailer. MPS quoted $3000 to fix it after only 20 minutes of use.They are under new management now, but I'd be very hesitant to recommend them for anything.

No I DO NOT recommend Midland Powersports at all. They are the worst place to purchase or have your cycles serviced. I took my Honda Pioneer 700 in to have the clutches repaired in April. It's now the end of August and they still haven't started repairs. I called them yesterday to check and they said it would now be February before they could start on it. Then they called me back and said they can't do it at all because it's too big of a job. I purchased my Honda from them and now they won't even fix it. THATS JUST PATHETIC. I've also been having my company buggies serviced and repaired there for the past four years and will not use them ever again. I'm taking my business elsewhere. You'd save yourself a lot trouble and time if you did the same. This is a very poorly managed dealership. No STARS from me.
