I had some pretty bad hail damage and Kelcey was able to get me in immediately. He updated me every day on the progress and returned my vehicle faster then any shop I've ever worked with. He even came to me when something got missed in the process. I will only take my vehicles here and highly recommended him to everyone.

Received excellent customer service from Kelcey with Midland PDR. This was my first time dealing with hail damage. Kelcey told me to bring it in, got an estimate, and my car was ready in a couple of days. Very much recommend Midland Paintless Dent Removal!

Kelcey was awesome. I had a minor dents all over my car but can't afford doing it all at once, he was kind enough to get me in during my lunch break and fixed my hood first. He was fast and his work is awesome. Reasonably priced too. He works with insurances. Highly recommend! Very customer oriented person!

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I CALLED AFTER HOURS AND WAS ABLE TO GET A FREE QUOTE JUST BY SENDING PICTURES OF THE DAMAGE. HE WAS ABLE TO GET MY TRUCK IN THE FOLLOWING MORNING AND I HAD MY VEHICLE BACK THAT SAME AFTERNOON! I WILL DEFINITELY RETURN FOR ANY FUTURE AUTO JOBS.

Awesome service and very down-to-earth. Repaired hail damage to my hybrid and got it done quickly. There wasnt much and Kelcey let me know what he would recommend while giving options for the fix. Looks like new and will come back here any time I need dent repairs!!

Highly recommend Kelcy with Midland PDR. He took my scratch/dent out in a few hours and was able to do the job within days being he’s busy. Even came in on a Saturday.
