I had never been there and my son and daughter-in-law sent me there to pick some meet up as I was paying Mr Scarborough came tell me when I was checking out and gave me a Texas cut bone-in ribeye or the best cuts of meat I've ever had. Very friendly and I will return every time I'm in town to buy more of their fabulous meat

The quality of your product & customer service is INCOMPARABLE to any/all other service companies across the board here in Midland/W.TX overall!

MIdland Meat Co sets the standard for quality meat, not just in West Texas, but anywhere.
If you want to know where your meat comes from, this is the place. If you want superior product that simply cannot be matched, they've got you.
We have watched this store grow from a tiny store packed out the door as customers stood in line for the best ribs and steaks , to their much larger store that allows them to offer even more selection.
Standouts for our house include: locally grown lettuce from Flying Y Farms. The absolute best road trip beef jerky. Delmonico steak, which I can't find anywhere else. Jalapeno poppers that are perfect for the oven or the grill. And venison sausage for those meals when I need easy and flavor packed protein on the fly.
It's one of the places that make Midland, Midland. And that's a great thing.

I work at a convenience store and we sell their beef jerky, I can say that it is one thing that I’ll keep buying. I’ve tried the cowboy style, Texas oil dust, and mesquite beef jerky. They aren’t too salty or bland they are perfect.

We recently hosted a company event in Midland and had heard great things about MMC. After working with their team to put a catering menu together, we moved forward. Throughout the process, the communication was clear and prompt (shout out to Kourtney!), and they made some last minute changes to accommodate dietary restrictions that we didn't know about before. Oh, and the food was AMAZING. We had about 50 people at the event and they were raving. Thanks so much for working with us, and for making amazing food. Tanner, the gentleman who catered the actual event, was awesome as well. Super friendly and accommodating to our team, and awesome with our customers. Thanks again, team!

Luceros mini super y carniceria and Carniceria La Reyna is way way better then you, these 2 carnicería have chips and soda imported from Mexico while you don’t, do better from your competitor.
