Horrible place, dirty, already had 2 blowouts from nails and screws on property, the manager likes to bully her customers! The place says 24 hours excess but she telling lies on that! She’s not professional at all! I could go on but I highly don’t recommend any of the KO storages especially if Kayla is the one in charge. And my lock just got broken off!!

Kayla will always let me know if my storage is open or the door is slightly open! as a first time storage renter that eases my mind a ton!

Unbelievably horrible service! I have been very patient after my storage was broken into. It has been more than a month and I can’t even get a call back from anyone about the footage. I was on the phone with the insurance trying to file a claim and no luck there either….sitting in queue, disconnected 3 times in 45mins and still haven’t talked to a person yet!

I’ve been with several storage companies before but midland lock storage has been by far the most efficient and economic one I have been with. They always have kept me informed about any changes and they are very understanding and helpful!!

I have been with this company for 16 years and have had not 1 complaint. They are under new management now but the transition has been very smooth and seems they have made a few adjustments that have made things even that much more doable.

Tha new manger of midland locl and key is tha perfect person for tha job . Always a pleasure to talk to alwayd smiling and very professional . right their if u need something. With that being said........................If tha owners would get electric on like it was before they bought it it would be very appreciated . With no lights in parking areas and no light inside.units Makes it kinda shady at night especially during rattlesnake season and tha huge black widow spiders that r hang out around units and being right on alley and walkers always walking thru at night. This can be fixed just true power back on . Thank u

10/10 Best services i’ve ever had when dealing with storage units. We didn’t have any complications with the staff or facility. Shelli was well organized and very helpful when dealing us and we appreciate the time she took to ensure us this was a good and safe place to leave our belongings.
