I came in for an upgrade to my phone. I knew the rules and was shown the phones that I could have. The lady who was helping me was professional, kind and polite. The store itself did good. The phone so far is good but didn't come with an adapter for the new style cables.this is not on Metro or the store so as far as I can tell the store did it's job txks

The Metro by T-Mobile located at 900 W Loop 250 N in Midland, TX. They HAVE NO PHONE NUMBER!!!! This location might also be some kind of scam thing. My friend just bought something there... and the receipt they gave her... has a Doctor's office phone number on it!! The zip code there is 79705... but the receipt says 79707. It is ALL very fishy. How can a "phone store" NOT have a phone number???

I was having problems down loading an app and had been to other "MetroPC" stores. None could or wanted to help. When I arrived at the MetroPC store in Midland on Andrews HWY both of the young ladies: greeted me, ask what the problem with my phone was and went to work. They corrected the mistakes I had done to my phone and down loaded the app, I was after, set up my phone so I can understand how it works and it's ease for me to use. I did not get the names of the two women but they were on shift Saturday 08/06/22 and I was in the store before noon. Please thank them for me and I plan on staying a MetroPC customer because of them.
