So customer service goes along ways for me, and hey guess where I will be shopping again and again moving forward This store right here. I appreciate your asking me the questions. It let's me know that you guys didn't forget about me. The guy who helped me had on some gold glasses and was very freaking helpful. Hell, they need more of him throughout the damn mall. “We took our son into the Kid's Foot Locker location here in Midland Mall and were very happy with the choices and the service. It was the manager who helped us and she was both very friendly and incredibly helpful. We let her know we were new to the area and she talked to us about Midland and the area itself. She also was very knowledgeable about the shoes and helped us a lot as our son showed us what he liked. We also grabbed him a tee-shirt and she was super helpful in not only finding a great one but one that was on sale. This was a super great experience and we will be back when he needs more shoes.”

“Busy busy mall! We stopped by about two hours before closing time and it was still hectic! The layout is easy and simple. It's a straight line and the food court is small. Hey I did see a chick fil a though, yummm. The Dillard's here sells Kate spade purses?! Wuuut?! They also had a few Louis Vuitton items for sell! #shocked. Okay maybe I'm overreacting but never had I seen such prestige brands at a Dilliard's? I did notice that the mall has a lot of random open spaces and not enough seating. There were a few times I wanted to sit and recuperate but there was no where to sit, boo. Tried out the eyebrow threading place and the lady did a good job. She charges $14. Bought a ring at Pandora and the sales associates were friendly.. The parking lot is ghettO and there a ton of holes. The parking lines are hard to see and people drive around crazily.. beware.”

“I've gotten several custom suits from Men's Warehouse and It's always been such a wonderful experience. Such a great team and I've gotten tons of compliments on the quality of their suits. The employees truly are experts in fitted suits and make you feel like "royalty" while getting measured. I'll always continue to get my suits from Men's Warehouse. Don't listen to the 1 star reviews sometimes it takes a while to get service due to the amount of time it takes to attend customers individually. Most 1 star reviews are from impatient customers or their own faults. I've been a customer since 2018 and have had excellent service. Once for my wedding and groomsmen and 4 custom suits.”
