I'm coming out of the store. Before leaving I asked if I could use the bathroom, because I saw a man coming out of there. Someone opened Iva for me and the manager was angry and another working woman said Iva didn't open it, I asked her if I was buying it because I couldn't use it. In front of all the screaming customers he said no. I left them everything I was going to buy. Badly educated people, giving bad customer service, should not work there.

They don't have much for older ladies( 40+). They really need a bathroom for customers. Large selection of ladies shoes and cheap also.

Only place I like to shop for clothes wish you had one in Salem Oregon .I miss shopping at your store I love the clothes you sell would shop there every week if you had one here and recommend everyone that I know.

Walked into this store, music was loud, no one spoke or said a word, oh but they were singing alone with the music. Listen ppl Customer Service is a important to have in a places like this one. When it's not there it's basically bad business. Get it together!!!

My wife always finds something here but it's hard to find employees because they're always on their phone. We asked two people if they worked here and they didn't but we couldn't tell who did. Once we located someone they were helpful but they shouldn't spend so much time on their phones. We will keep shopping here because we like the clothes.
