Flu medicine for my 10 year old was called in before lunch and after waiting all day went in and waited for another 30 minutes just to be told they didn’t have it. I was asked why couldn’t we have found this out earlier and was just stared at. The experience at all pharmacies is always bad but cmon do better.

Zero stars if I could!! This place consistently sucks.Dreadful customer service! I waited twice as long as (40 minutes instead of 20) for a refill- and they didn't even refill correctly! They only partially did without telling me. The staff is consistently rude, and despite arriving before others, 8 customers who came in later were served before me. The entire process was really disorganized, and it seemed like the workers simply didn't care. Definitely an unpleasant experience - steer clear!

This place has some of the most apathetic and rude frontline employees. I absolutely hate calling here to get my medications refilled. They act like they'd rather be doing anything than talking to you. The in-person experience is slightly better, but that's not saying much. Unfortunately, they are one of the few independent pharmacies in town, so unless you want to deal with CVS or Walgreens, you're kind of out of luck. The fact that nobody ever responds to these Google reviews shows how much they care about customer service.

horrible customer service, trying to obtain a price for a prescription. left me on hold then hung up on me. then would not answer my call after I called again. I'm a previous Graham customer that closed down and shopping around for a new pharmacy. yall lost my business!

I called to ask if they accepted my insurance and their answer was we accept most insurances. When I explained that my insurance was pretty specific the lady on the phone said they'd have to run my insurance to know. A pharmacy should know what insurances they accept and which ones they don't.

Bad Attitude. Called to have a script transferred and the lady on the phone acted like it was a huge inconvienence because it was coming from Walgreens. I cancelled the transfer because I did not like her attitude and was able to get my meds from another Walgreens.

They are so much better than any box store pharmacy. They answer when you call, and they are so helpful. There is almost never a line. I switched from H-E-B, and it has been night and day difference for the better.
