Trying to get them to follow through and call you back when they owe you money is impossible! We traded off a vehicle we bought that had an unused warranty and I have called emailed and went in and no one will help or blows me off! Worst customer service.

This was my first choice for my car hunting experience. I met a guy named Christian, and he didn't sell me a car, but got to know me. He helped me to figure out what I was looking for in a vehicle and I was almost convinced with a couple of options. I ended up finding my dream car elsewhere but just for the experience that I got to share with the dealer, I'd highly recommend you check them out on your car search. They have a great selection of many types of cars, and they will work with you to figure out what you want.

Buying Experience: Salesperson was very friendly and didn't try to sell me anything other than what I came for. After a bit of haggling, I got an ideal trade-in price! Very pleased with the experience.Maintenance Experience: A peculiar vibration occurred from my new vehicle at about 5,000 miles. The dealership worked with me and acknowledged my evidence for the problem. They worked quickly to resolve the issue and ordered the new parts promptly.

Contacted the store for my wife to look at a jeep. After she went and looked at the vehicle we decided to purchase it. Gave a deposit because we were told the car would sell fast. We had outside financing through USAA. We are a veteran family, and I don’t recommend buying from this dealership. Not only did they not honor the deposit on the vehicle the finance manager said no deal. Would not wait 48 hours for me to sign the paperwork. Instead they said it was “sold” to another person that came after my wife looked. If this dealership won’t take a blank check from a reputable banking institution such as USAA I would take your money else where. Not a great look when you do this to a women and to a veteran family.

If you are buying a vehicle, this is the place to go!! We have purchased 5 or 6 (I've honestly lost count) vehicles from Mazda of Midland and the customer service is what keeps us coming back again and again!! Chris Ortiz is top notch and knows his stuff!

I had my 2020 CX-5 serviced here. I previously purchased it in Fresno CA and I had it service once at a place in New Mexico and then when I called back for another appointment they never called me back. I was able to get an appointment and even though I had to reach twice, they were super helpful and kind about having to change it. I was offered a courtesy vehicle that was near identical to my own, just a different model type. That was not the case in California or New Mexico Mazda dealership/service center. It was nice because I was able to go get food and I was three hours from home and I don't know anyone in Texas, and I didn't have to stay at the dealership all day. When I came back and wanted to look at a vehicle they got me in touch with someone to go show me some of their models and they were honest and helpful. They didn't have what I was looking for but they did say that they would keep an eye out and let me know when they would get more in. My tire has a nail in it and they let me know to patch it. My key fob had gone through the wash twice and wasn't responding using the buttons. They replaced the battery for free when Fresno Mazda charged for it. Brakes cleaned and checked out (under warranty), I got my oil changed, tires rotated, and my filters replaced. The only thing that was missed was the quote for the dent on the side of my car from someone's door hitting my back passenger side. Keegan Poole was the service Advisor that helped me multiple times. He suggested Patrick Paton for the dent repair since they weren't able to get to it. Vincent was the other service and parts gentleman that I worked with and he helped me get in touch with Hui Huang who showed me the CX-9's and told me about CX-90s that are coming out. Only thing I would change is in California they washed the outside of the vehicle before bringing it back, but I hear there's a shortage of people who want to do that job and it may not be extended to everywhere. I would prefer the courtesy vehicle over a car wash. I also need to get my car alignment done since it's now pulling to the left. But overall, Well worth the 3 hour drive because the service was so much better than the other Mazda dealerships I have been to.

Had a good experience while I was over there. I was never kept waiting for anything that didn't need waiting. Very happy to have me do a test drive and offered multiple models as soon as I mentioned them. Also got a great trade-in offer for my car that I was legitimately not expecting. They did upsell me, but that's a dealership for you. If we put aside the standard things that a dealership does and look at the staff and the customer service, these people are top-notch. Big thanks to Chaz and Terry over there. Just make sure they don't forget to put on your temp tag! I almost drove off without it.

I am very happy with Mazda of Midland! I had Maykol as a salesman & he was very nice & professional. I ended up getting the 2023 cx-50 in ingot blue & I absolutely love it! Tori & Derek were also apart of this sale, everyone here made me feel like I was apart of their family!

I went to Mazda looking for a specific car that they didn’t end up having at their lot. Tori was able to find me the perfect family car anyways, based on the criteria that I gave her. She also got me an amazing deal for my trade in! Derek in the finance department made the pile of paperwork to fill out quick and easy while making sure to answer any questions I came up with. Highly recommend going to see Tori and Derek at Mazda of Midland!

My husband and I had the best experience we have ever had with a dealership, at Mazda of Midland! We have bought many vehicles in our life and although we came in knowing it would be a tough situation, Kinsley and Joe went above and beyond for us. They made a very strenuous situation feel seamless. It took them less than 24 hours to have me in my brand new SUV! They absolutely went above and beyond for us and we are so thankful. If anyone is looking for a vehicle, I HIGHLY recommend Mazda of Midland!
