If you need to buy/finance/lease a vehicle GO TO MAZDA OF MIDLAND !! I’m telling you, best experience I’ve ever had at a dealer ship. Ariana is who helped us get this car and she was so very helpful, sweet, and genuinely cared about being within me and my Husbands budget. Also shoutout to Joe in finance who was also very sweet and informative. He wanted to make sure we knew what we were signing up for and excited to teach us anything we wanted to know. Service center needs better appointment scheduling and service skills. Setting a a week time for a tire repair is unreal considering it takes 30 minutes to fix a tire.

I don’t think the manager know what he doing and training There people. I went to go looked at a car, they try to low ball you on trade in and did not have the correct credit score. My car sales man was nice but was not aggressive, I made a offer but It turn out they only check one financing company and when I look it to that company they only finances up to $12k ( the car $30k) I felt like I got the run around I had to text my car sales man just drop it. On other things I only dealt with the car sales man , he spoke of a manager but never saw this ghost. The manager never talk to me or made time for me , the car sale man keep making excuses for him .Take your business else where.

On their website they put a price on the trucks and I went to buy it and it is already a scam, they raised the price by almost 6000 dollars

Not a good experience at all, before purchasing the car we were told one of the key features of the car was just slightly dirty (heads up display) and could be cleaned later. After purchasing the car the sales people and I realized there was actual damage done to the actual projection device of the car before purchase. This dishonesty is not appreciated and boils down to the sales and service department since the vehicle purchased was a certified pre-owned and should not have such glaring issues. Also don't bother calling customer service since they will not pick up the phone and will dodge the issue. Take your business elsewhere because it seems their service and sales department are not in sync at all.

Trying to get them to follow through and call you back when they owe you money is impossible! We traded off a vehicle we bought that had an unused warranty and I have called emailed and went in and no one will help or blows me off! Worst customer service.

This was my first choice for my car hunting experience. I met a guy named Christian, and he didn't sell me a car, but got to know me. He helped me to figure out what I was looking for in a vehicle and I was almost convinced with a couple of options. I ended up finding my dream car elsewhere but just for the experience that I got to share with the dealer, I'd highly recommend you check them out on your car search. They have a great selection of many types of cars, and they will work with you to figure out what you want.
