I always enjoy my sessions at Massage Envy! Adriana is a fantastic massage therapist.Update as of 3/2024: I’ve always booked my appointments months in advance. At one point I was told by the manager I wasn’t allowed to book more than one session a month in order to allow other members the chance to book and that I was “lucky” to be getting one facial and massage per month (as if I weren’t paying for the service). As soon as my favorite therapist left, I did too.Every other location I’ve been to has been fantastic. The Midland location seems to be an outlier.

Always the best it could be. Janet is amazing. She can get the body aligned and tells you what exercises to do to keep it that way. So professional and personal at the same time. Would give 100 stars if they were available.

Brenda at the front desk was very helpful and informative abt the membership plan and rare essential products. Decided to give both of them a try.My massage w/Adriana was excellent once again! She always wants to be aware of your problem areas. Checked on me several times during the massage to make sure pressure was ok. Very happy to get on her schedule!

I recently had the pleasure of getting a facial with Audrey and it was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, Audrey was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about all the products and techniques used during the service. She took the time to understand my skin concerns and tailored the facial to address them. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and with glowing skin! The ambiance of the spa was also very relaxing and calming, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Audrey and her facial services to anyone looking for some pampering and self-care. Five stars all around!

Brynn did an excel job on my facial. She spent longer on going over my areas of concern, products I use at home, and prior appointments to see if I liked that regimen or needed to change things up. It really helped tailor the facial to something that was perfect for my skin! And I looked so glowy afterwards! Thank you girl!

I've been a regular here for over a year, and I intended to continue as such for the foreseeable future. Unfortunately, that's no longer the case. Securing an appointment has turned into quite the ordeal, requiring bookings 1-2 months ahead. The scheduling complexity has grown, with many days and times simply off the table.It's disheartening to pay $90 a month and be locked in for a year with a hefty cancellation fee only to wait a whole month or more for an available slot. And those frequent appointment cancellations? I'm sure you've encountered that frustration too. Just recently, my appointment got axed, and then I found myself being charged for a time slot I wasn't even present for, until I had to rectify the situation.Oh, and consider this a heads-up: steer clear of booking with Audrey. Even if you're running a tad late due to traffic while being two blocks away and you call ahead of time to inform them, they'll scrap your entire appointment and hit you with a hefty $90 fee. A more reasonable approach might have been shortening the session, don't you think?Adding to the disappointment, the front desk had declined to relay messages from me to the service provider. It's like playing a game of broken telephone. I could've easily stayed on board for years, but now I'm compelled to direct all those I know to explore other options. Luckily, there are far superior alternatives available.I've made the decision to call it quits on my membership and have canceled many appointments spanning the next three months. To the management, this is your chance to demonstrate care for your dedicated clientele. The ball's in your court.
