I will make it short.I bought a Rel Acoustics T9 subwoofer it cost $1,200, paid also for extended warranty for four more years, the Subwoofer only lasted three years. I took it back and they didn't honor the warranty, the manager now, and the previous manager did not honor it. The amp went out which should have been covered. I spoke to the new manager and he told me he was sorry for my previous experience and said he will work with me.

If your speaker ever stops working, make sure you take a picture of the inside before you hand it over. They will damage it for you and say you dropped just so they won't have to fix it. It is also pointless to get the extended warranty.

I purchased the REL T9 subwoofer that only lasted 3 years and completely stopped working. I had the extended warranty for 4 years. They said they would repair it. So they took my subwoofer being under warranty. I was told at Magnolia that they wouldn't or couldn't repair it for damage that supposedly done by being dropped. So I called Rel acoustics only to find out that if it would have been dropped it would of cause more damage to the subwoofer. As a customer I was blamed due to the fact that they did not repair it or give me a new one. $1,200 is a lot of money to lose, very disappointed.

To make a long story short, I was having trouble making Citigroup understand my plight regarding an interest payment they'd dropped on me on my current statement. I knew the interest should not have been active yet so I made my way to the store to speak to anyone who could help. Nathaniel from the magnolia store was nothing short of stellar. Not only did he fix the accounting error, he made the deal sweeter than it had been before. This is the difference between dealing with an inherently rude and emotional customer care rep on the phone and dealing with someone in person who values your business. This man is representative of everything a retail experience should be. Thank you.
