Way too many stand worker people putting cologne in my face or the massage people trying to offer a free 10 minutes or guys trying to clean my shoes...I'm a landscaper, they'll get dirty again in 4 hours. Hot Topic seems to be going out of business since half their racks and products seem to have gone away. The Barber shop worker asks me everytime if I want a haircut, I haven't had one in 3 years, I say no every time but he tries hard. The Ross workers are rude. Better off going to Odessa Mall. To be honest

My wife went there to try on a dress, but the dressing room was closed so she bought it. We went on our honey moon and when we returned my wife went to return the dress because it didn’t fit and the cashier said it was past the 14 days, but my wife was never told about the 14 day rule when asking about returns! We need to boycott this place!! I can’t believe there are still stores like this around and still in business! I would give this place zero stars if I could!

First and last time I visited this store, because I bought some pieces of clothing even though there was no fitting room or they had it closed. Not 15 minutes passed and I went back to the store to exchange a pair of jeans for a larger size and they wouldn't let me. On top of that, they don't explain to you that you can't change some clothes. So, what is the payment receipt for???? They only make the customer leave dissatisfied and not return.

Apparently the woman with the purple hair is the topic of conversation in these reviews and today I saw why. I purchased a new year’s eve dress in Florida as a back up and shortly after arriving back to Odessa, I got sick with covid. Obviously being I had to quarantine. Once quarantine had ended I came to return the dress and the woman with purple hair dashes over to the the girl trying to process my return and with a huge attitude says “no we can’t process that it’s past the 14 days” and just storms off. Firstly in environments where customer service is crucial, there are ways to speak to people. In general its important to have common decency which she has 0 of. If someone is past the time period you can say that without having an attitude. Miss ma’am, if you read this, please choose another job if you can’t figure out how to treat others with common respect.

First and last time I will visit this store. The lady with the purple hair and no teeth was very rude. She was profiling me, followed me, and asked where I put the cheap $10 zip up jacket I was looking at. REALLY??? I am an educated professional and her behavior really took me by surprise! If that's how they welcome shoppers how does this store stay in business? There are quite a few negative reviews about her on these reviews but it's apparent management does not take them into consideration. Will not shop here ever again and will share my negative experience with all.

Management is so bad there attitude is unprofessional i didn’t want to rate them but this is they only way I can post a review here so here it goes…::I we’ll never go back to this store and I we’ll tell all my family know as well the feeling walking in to this store was bad off the start the lady with color purple hair is no professional at all with her attitude and the way she looks at you like she’s better then you yeah not gonna happen we’ll not be returning to this place for nothing.

Came here around 7:50 11/13. Lady with auburn hair red top, blue jeans. I just want to say sorry for walking away from you… the reason why was because I asked you something and you had your AirPods on and you already looked annoyed by me. When you rang up my things I tried to have a conversation but you brushed me off. I also said thank you twice…. I didn’t get anything back. I’m very sorry if you hate your job or you are going through something right now… I hope you are happy. Because you look very miserable there love. Find somewhere that makes you happier. Prayed for you… I forgive you for hanging up on me around 8pm when I called to talk to a manager.

Beware that if you dont provide a phone number at checkout, they will not give you receipt and you cant return your purchase. Very deceptive behavior. Will never shop here again.

I purchased an item that was on a sale rack but came to find out, it wasn’t on sale...then why have it on the sale rack? Did not know this until I had already paid for it and I didn’t even walk out of the store with the item and they would only give me a store credit. It’s very deceiving because items that are not on sale are on the sale racks! It’s nothing but a set up, “bait and switch” type of deal and you can’t get your money back.They say because their prices are so low that they only give you a store credit...that’s no reason to not refund ones money.Beware!
