i have more than a month dealing with lowes protection plan to fix my washer. they already replace all the parts beside the outside of the washer and still not working, the support team is not very helpful. do not recommend get that if you buy appliances

All I wanted was help from management regarding an order I placed online. This seems to be impossible, and now I’m out $200 for an order that I never received. I hope this is fixed at some point but with the way things are going so far with my phone calls to management I’m not counting on it. I’ll take my business elsewhere.Update: my order was refunded which was great that Lowe’s did, I did not get my delivery charge refunded which was fine. But a week later my delivery driver finally delivered my order. So I called the store to figure out what to do. I was charged for my order again, however, since my delivery charge was not refunded I was still charged the same as my original order. So basically I ended up having to pay more just for my same day delivery to be delivered a week later and hours of talking to managers. I’m still unhappy with this whole experience.

I ordered something online. Drove 40 miles to pick it up. I was messaged that it was ready for pickup. So I went to the store and went inside. I checked in with my phone. Imagine my surprise when I turned around and the young lady was just standing there with my item. checks my ID hands me my item, and I leave it all within 4 minutes. Way to go, Lowes.

Called to get some answers. They cant find my account. The manager gave me a customer service number. Told me to hold 30 mins. It's been an hour and a half, and nobody is still willing to help me. Smh not a good customer service experience.
