Loop 250 Express repaired my vehicle, and while it looks good there are problems after getting it back. The hood latch was disconnected when we received the vehicle back and we notified them. At first they were willing to fix it, now they're trying to claim they didn't touch it. They actually expect us to believe they replaced our hood, and the latch which worked perfectly when we dropped it off (we popped the hood when they were doing initial inspection) but magically disconnected after their repairs. This company lacks basic ethics. Use someone else
