If there was a zero star that’s what they would be getting. Not taking responsibility for vehicles being ON THIER PROPERTY while they are IN CARE OF THE VEHICLE…. Instead saying it’s an insurance claim…. No businesses have liability insurance for a reason but instead you want to take advantage of younger women thinking you’re gonna get away from it. Well we are a family of mechanics…… don’t waste your money here.

Had an issue with my vehicle and the shop was unable to repair the problem due to the part not being available anymore. They didn’t charge me for unnecessary parts and labor. Friendly and helpful and honest. I Would take my other vehicles back anytime.

Called to take my vehicle in for repairs and after explaining to them the problem with my wife's Tahoe they ask me the year of vehicle and told them it was a 2007. I had no idea that auto repair shops would discrimate you on how old your vehicle is and they told me they would not work on that old a vehicle. I have several vehicles and my wife's was the oldest and the most taken care of vehicle we have and why would I not use the same mechanic for all my vehicles, not just the newest or the most expensive.I will not use or recommend a mechanic shop that discrimates you for what you drive and refuses service.

I took my truck in to get the brakes replaced knowing they need to be replaced. They called me 3 hours later saying that I did not need brakes. When I went to pick up my truck, they said the technicians performed a visual inspection and determined that no brakes were needed and tried to charge me $40 for a visual inspection. I do not recommend this place whatsoever. Especially when the employee said “ I’m sorry, I do not trust the technician performing visual inspections”. It was just confirmation that God didn’t trust the technician to work on my truck either. I was very disappointed because the reviews were good and the business looked well ran, but it was a waste of time and thankfully I did not get charged.
