Never been so stressed in doing a claim. They always do typos there's always something wrong with what they send. A bunch of clown claming to be adjusters and claim agents. Seriously don't waste your time here pay a little extra and go elsewhere

The worst insurance company I've had to deal with. Monica Castillo has not been pleasant to talk too, I was not given a rental. She never called me with updates, she "couldn't" get a hold of the person who hit me but I got ahold of that person with one text. , I've always had to call Monica she never called me and it took 3 or 4 times to get her to answer the phone. She even claimed my car wasn't mine and that she needed the front and back picture of my title, I've never had to do that. Sketchy. I've never had this much trouble with a insurance company. WORST experience I've ever had with anyone or anything.

Run and fast I work for a major shop trying to help a customer of theirs who was from Texas and had her car towed in from a bad accident. They are rude ,they don't return phone calls to their customers or the business helping them. The play pass the buck when you need help and are trying to avoid you or they keep disconnecting you "by accident ". This is nothing but a sub-par joke for a insurance company and trust I deal with them everyday and this not one you want.. FYI they are the face of Cover.. which is handled under them! which is as much of a joke as the guys handling them..lol don't drive out of state if you have them...you will wait months on end to be paid.

This company is absolute trash. Some other words that come to mind to describe them: incompetent, ignorant, condescending, lazy, evasive, etc. These morons represented my HOA in an insurance claim for a burst water line that required demolition of the entire ceiling of my townhome. For 6 months (March to August - keep in mind this time frame was the ENTIRE stay at home order for COVID-19) The Littleton group dragged their feet and continuously changed their story as to the extent of coverage and timing of payment. I was yelled at, called names, accused of fraud, and went weeks with multiple emails and phone calls left unanswered. Luckily, my personal insurance company was able to cover the cost of repairs ignored by the Littleton group. Avoid these fools like the plague. I wouldn't wish dealing with them upon my worst enemy.

Same as the other Littleton Group. Read all Reviews including hidden and "not recommended" ones. This company and its adjusters will not call you back. This is by design! You will get low balled on your car. It will take weeks and months for you to get a check for your total loss car. Sue them or the person that hit you in small claims , or sue with an attorney. They take that serious! Do not do business here if possible.

It's been 23 days and I still don't have a check for my rental or the payment for totaling my car. I don't even think it needed to be totaled. They wouldn't let my body shop even do an estimate!!! The body shop said they never charge what the adjuster claimed. Why would Littleton Group want to pay a $7500 pay off instead of $3000 in repairs. Where is the sense in that. After reading all these complaints, it seems like Littleton was sped up on their process a bit, but any more than a few days in unacceptable when totaling a car. And months to get your car fixed in unacceptable too. Please pull your company together and hire more people who can get the work done in a respectable amount of time. This is sad. I was forced to use Littleton because it who my car insurance uses, but if you don't have to use them don't. They are not on their professional game.

Horrible to work with, they call me from an unknown number and don't leave a voicemail then get frustrated with me when I don't answer, didn't listen to me when I said I want my repair check to go threw my bank, so now it's going threw a bank not even in Texas, now I will end up having to pay for my rental car from an accident that wasn't my fault till I can get my vehicle released, because the check has to be mailed to this bank for endorsement, and then mailed back, will take 6-10 days.... Basically once you get your check from them, you are nothing to them, and they won't help you afterwards. DO NOT USE THEM!! Also make sure you have a trustworthy body shop because they send the repair check BEFORE your car is even looked at by the body shop, so make sure the body shop will be in contact with them also, to get the difference needed to cover your repairs, or you will also have to come out of pocket. Also they are sloooowww, I was rear ended in October, I still don't have my vehicle....
