Lucy was absolutely amazing. I came in with a small budget for an event that I was nervous about attending and looking right… she did everything she could to help me out and I walked out feeling confident and excited about my outfit. I will DEFINITELY be going back to see her!

Shalita and Lucy are so darn kind and helpful! These ladies are personable and are a huge reason why I'd come back and shop. I actually live in Odessa, TX and prefer going to the Midland store because of their staff and wider clothing selections.

I had a short time to shop today but needed a new belt because I've been losing weight, getting healthier. The sales clerk was awesome. She showed me the belts in my size and even helped me look for me PJs when I asked her. She was very attentive and polite and also let me know they have 40% off this weekend. She helped me to find what I needed and helped me save money too?

I went today and I just want to say everyone is so sweet! It is so hard for me to find bras but they were so patient with me and looked around until I decided what I wanted to do~ love it! Found my actual size and got some cute bras’ ❤️❤️

Worst customer service experience my wife has had with them. They sent items that were not ordered and when trying to return them and get the correct item sent, their response is that they can't do it!?! Absolutely ridiculous
