So disappointed in the customer service one cashier Isabel so sweet called for back up cause line was long and didn't change her mood she will be one of the reasons I still shop here but really Kohl's get it together and give this girl some help !!!!

My daughter and I went to Sephora and we were never spoken to by any associate milling about the store. They stood around and discussed the prices of the products and when they would be getting paid. The first and only time we were ever spoken to was when we were checking out. The young lady that assisted us at the register was very polite, but her associates were much less polite. It looks as though I’ll just spend my money online and wait for my purchase instead of being invisible in store.
