Got the premium car wash thinking I would have the best cleaning with minimal spots and it did for the most part but still left bird poop on the roof of the car! and the grill area!

I just left quick track and there’s a sign on the door that says rockstar energy drinks two for 3.50. I bought six of them and she charged me $18.12 so I went back in the store and complained and she did not care what the sign says. She said I cannot change it. That is plum pitiful. False advertising. She would not honor what the poster said

Until you can get more employees, stop the drive through!! Line out the door and your poor employees are running single handed trying to manage both lines, all with a crazy buzzer going off. Seen this at least 5 times. Help them out please!

Really good Customer service satisfaction but super understaffed. I see one of them worked double shift 7 days a week with no day off.
