I just experienced, literally the worst customer service I have ever encountered at this Kent Kwik. The business lost will reflect on the company, however the employees representing the company are the problem. I will choose to spend money ANYWHERE else. If I could give zero stars I would.

This store deserves 0stars I waited in the drive thur for over 15 minutes and nobody came to the window so I left. Not sure why they have a drive thru if they are not going to attend to it. I won't be going back there anytime soon

Honestly if you go threw the drive thru you will get some of the nastiest attitudes from these employees. It’s counter intuitive to have a drive thru yet treat drive thru customers like trash. On top of that, the lady charged me full price for a refill after telling me it 1.07 and no one will answer the phone so I speak to someone about it. I avoid this place as much as possible.

Absolutely terrible store solely due to one employee. She was extremely rude and appeared to be overwhelmed even though I was the only customer.

Got notice to see cashier on pump, went inside, saw one lady stocking. The door bell alarm going off when I walked in. Waited for a few minutes she saw me, and she walked around and I thought she was going to help me but continued to do more work on the other side, so I just left and went to another gas station. Told the other customer walking in good luck! The lady looked at me again and continued to stock

The coffee shop was very neat. It is a great gas station and has a lot of different stuff to buy. The coffee was great.

February 14,2021 a winter storm knocked out our electricity and water. We went out looking for hot coffee. The 2nd place we tried was this Kent Kwik. Not only did they have fresh hot coffee, we sat at a table and ate lunch from the hot deli section. The clerk ( I am thinking he was the manager ) treated us like guests in his home. He was so kind- right when we needed it the most. I’m sorry I didn’t get his name but I’m thankful for him. The food was hot and tasty and the store was immaculate.

Every time I go to this store it closed even though i can see someone inside the store. If the store is NOT 24 hours as stated they need to change the hours!!!

Very clean and convenient convenience store!! Always great prices on their gas!! Very fair prices on the drinks and coffee too!!
