TERRIBLE!!! every time this lady works she always has the drive thru closed we’ve been here since 9:50 and she didn’t even come to the window to tell us that she closed it or anything , it what 10:13 until she helped us .. this kent kwik closes at 12:00 . ridiculous

I used this wash several times a month and pay for the best wash…They declined to dry my truck because it’s cloudy out and claimed it raining when it’s not.Not only did he take a $20 tip out of the employees pocket, he was going to let him do it once I told him that.Bad way to do business and pure laziness. Won’t be tipping or coming back to this wash anymore.SMH

By far the worst drive through car wash I've been through. Not cheap either, $14 and there was dirt left on every panel of my truck. The dryers didn't dry anything at all. Then they want you to pay a dollar for the weak vacuums. Also, the trash bins were overflowing . Sad because the rest of the services like the oil change place are top notch. Will not return and cannot recommend even for a quick wash.

Went for a last minute item 20 minutes til 10 and they had all doors locked as if they were closed while staff just stared at us ugly like we meant nothing to them, I wish my job let us close nearly 2.5 hours early and act ugly to customers. Absolutely useless staff.

Ideal location for a fuel stop. Better than competitive fuel prices. Thank you for that. Clean fueling islands. There’s always clean windshield washer fluid in the containers along with a functional squeegee thats whole and useable. The store location makes getting in and out easy even during high traffic hours. The bonus is a convenient car wash right next door. This place has alot going for it. Don’t take my word for it, stop by and check it out for yourselves.

The workers are not even nice. They are rude,but there is one that look like she is not happy at all with her job and always on her phone texting . I ask to look inside the glass case and she don't have the key. Ok for almost 6 months been trying to get the key and nothing. So I hope the company see this and understand this company is loosing money and customer!

One of my absolute favorite places in Midland. That may sound crazy...but the entire staff is extremely friendly, and so helpful. They are always smiling and I look forward to seeing them before and after work.
