I spent over $2,200 for my wife's anniversary, requested that they be gift wrapped. I came into the store a few days later to pick the items up, and it was like a Taco Bell employee just handing me my food. No "thank you", no "we appreciate your business", nothing. No items were wrapped. I had to stop, ask them to wrap the gifts - which consisted of putting them in a box and tying a ribbon around it. Dropping it into a bag and stuffing tissue paper in, then handing it to me with no words. I, the one dropping $2,200.00, had to tell her thank you, to get any type of response. It was just a very cheap experience. I definitely will NOT be purchasing from them again.

By far the most unprofessional experience ever mostly management and employees as well. I had received a gift card that had no balance and the assistant store manager “Samantha” impulsively handles things in the most unprofessional manner. Management is improperly trained.

Clean store with several options to choose from. If an item is not available they can customize it at the color bar. Employees are super helpful and friendly.

I went in to the Midland location for the first time to pick up a gift and the staff was so welcoming and helpful. Everyone made me feel like I was a customer that had been going in every day for years! I was explaining to the associate the reason behind the gift i was choosing and at the end of my purchase they surprised me with a gift of their own to me. It was such a sweet gesture to brighten up a rough week and a melancholy day. As if the jewelry itself wasn’t a reason to choose Kendra Scott, the staff really made the experience that much better. I cannot wait to do my holiday shopping with them!

I broke the chain on my favorite necklace. I was heartbroken because the stone was seasonal, so I thought I was out of luck. I called the store and they told me it would be as simple as coming in and changing the chain. They did it quickly and with a smile for FREE! Now I get to wear my favorite necklace every day again. I couldn’t be happier with their service. Thank y’all so much!
