I’ve purchased from my local Kendra Scott store, many times and always had a pleasant experience with kind and helping staff. I was shopping last minute and purchased a gift for my daughter. Received the email that my pickup was ready and I arrived shortly after at the KS store. I got in line and there were 3 young ladies. Though one was helping a customer the other 2 did not even acknowledge me. I had to say “hello” with a smile. I was never greeted back. In return I was asked “how can I help you”? I told the lady why I was there. She stepped away and brought back my purchase. No gift box only the KS cloth bag the jewelry comes in and placed in a yellow bag. The young lady asked “do you need a gift box” she seemed so bothered already that I kindly declined. No paper to make the yellow bag look pretty just here you go! My husband wanted to get down and make the lady put it in a gift box and add paper to the bag, but I chose to let it go. Something’s aren’t worth the battle, but they are worth mentioning. Given the time of year it would have been nice to have been greeted and shown some kindness. Especially if you’re in customer service. I was so disappointed and left with a sad heart since this hasn’t happened before. Please train your employees to be gracious and courteous. You never know what people are going through and a kind gesture or smile can make someone’s day/change someone’s life.

I spent over $2,200 for my wife's anniversary, requested that they be gift wrapped. I came into the store a few days later to pick the items up, and it was like a Taco Bell employee just handing me my food. No "thank you", no "we appreciate your business", nothing. No items were wrapped. I had to stop, ask them to wrap the gifts - which consisted of putting them in a box and tying a ribbon around it. Dropping it into a bag and stuffing tissue paper in, then handing it to me with no words. I, the one dropping $2,200.00, had to tell her thank you, to get any type of response. It was just a very cheap experience. I definitely will NOT be purchasing from them again.

We live in Houston and will forever come shop in Midland. Wonderful experience here with everyone! The girls were so helpful and made our experience so much more fun! & we absolutely LOVE our new Limited Edition Barbie jewelry!

I went in to the Midland location for the first time to pick up a gift and the staff was so welcoming and helpful. Everyone made me feel like I was a customer that had been going in every day for years! I was explaining to the associate the reason behind the gift i was choosing and at the end of my purchase they surprised me with a gift of their own to me. It was such a sweet gesture to brighten up a rough week and a melancholy day. As if the jewelry itself wasn’t a reason to choose Kendra Scott, the staff really made the experience that much better. I cannot wait to do my holiday shopping with them!
