Manager Elizabeth is so unprofessional and uneducated in her role and disrespectful to customers, first she told me she could and then couldn’t look up W2 through the ADP system when I confronted her that I spoke with corporate and they told me that was incorrect information and that they did have the ability to do so she was unapologetic and stuttering and then agent I was working with gave me the run around for 1 hour instead of trying to help me pull up my W2 through ADP then agent had to leave early outside of business hours and couldn’t help me and supposedly saved my info to come back the next day. When i called and I brought it to Elizabeth attention she told me I had a better chance going with liberty tax and that corporate is not the same as that Jackson Hewitt and then she proceeded to literally hang up on me and said she was busy with another customer then “click”. When I called back she ignored all customer calls through the rest of the day. I wish they wouldn’t have waisted my time. Apparently they don’t value returning customers and Elizabeth needs more training on her role and customer servicing customers she made it my worst experience in Midland.

Liz is incredibly bright. She has a very keen understanding not only of the tax laws but how the average taxpayer thinks. She easily spots errors and has the skill to correct them quickly and with great savvy. Best part, she is an absolute pleasure to work with! She is kind, patient and very helpful from beginning to end. We highly recommend Jackson Hewitt and especially Liz! Thank you for everything!

Liz C. is Absolutely AMAZING! She's the only one I trust with my taxes and she ALWAYS gets me the most back!! She's honest and sweet and always answers all of my questions. She really helps to ease all of my anxiety and I just love this lady! By far the best! Would highly recommend her, you won't regret it!
