So I decided to go and get a new phone. I went to the T-Mobile store because I have T-Mobile. And the lovely lady that helped me out was absolutely wonderful. I told her what I was looking for she showed me several different options. She explained the pricing and why one was more than the other etc. And then after I decided to made my purchase she said that she would help me transfer my data which I was very grateful for because the last time I did it I did it in the store with the cable and there is now an app that can do it and it was awesome that she downloaded the apps on both phones and help me out. I had a lot of texts photos and videos so it was gonna take a long time More than 30 minutes. So she said I could take it home and do it. Which I did. I just really appreciate her customer service her attentiveness to detail and her willingness to go that little bit of an extra step to make a customer happy. Her name was Marisol.”
