I go here every year. Never had any problems on my behalf with the staff or complications when it was time to file. They are very quick and can answer any questions you may have when it comes to filing.

Unfortunately I decided on the last day of filing to have H&R Block help me with my tax return. After trying to do it myself it just got more complicated considering the way I needed to file. Even after scheduling an appointment there was still an hour+ wait to see a tax agent. Other than that I got done what I needed. I'm quite sure it wouldn't be an issue any other day besides the last day of tax season.
