I’ve been coming here for only 2 weeks but my experience so far has been amazing! I’ve never been one to really sweat much but this place has definitely made me break a sweat constantly throughout my 2 weeks! I love the short workouts and variety of them! You do have to book in advance for a full week but that simply gives me more motivation to go everyday! Love the feel, workouts and system it provides along with a helpful staff, and I’ve noticed that they also clean the equipment which I haven’t seen others bigger gyms do, so that’s a big plus. Highly recommend! ??
