“I ordered something online. Drove 40 miles to pick it up. I was messaged that it was ready for pickup. So I went to the store and went inside. I checked in with my phone. Imagine my surprise when I turned around and the young lady was just standing there with my item. checks my ID hands me my item, and I leave it all within 4 minutes. Way to go, Lowes.”

“Bought a few tool boxes. They didn’t have any out, not complaining just almost left store thinking they were out but asked an assistant if they were getting any one soon and found out they had 6-7 in the back.Paid for the 2 different sizes (out of 4 options) and went to side of bld to load up, but they had charged me for cheaper smaller size. Had to go back inside and pay for the larger size of the one i asked for, and go back out to the warehouse and ask for the right size. Not a problem, just reviewing my experience.”

“I prefer Home Depot to Lowes but it’s always so crowded and busy in midland. I think they should look into building a second HD in midland. Although the official population might not justify a second store we have an overwhelming amount of visitors and temp residents living in RVs and hotels. I’m sure the revenue reflects a second store would be justifiable. On weekends better be ready to wait and deal with crowded isles and checkout lines.”
