The room was great. I did not like getting charged for parking when none of the other hotels there charged for it. I especially didn't like not being able to pay it in cash instead of having a separate charge on my company expenses and having to explain myself.

One of the nicest IHG’s I’ve been too in a while. Was surprised my room had a rather lengthy hallway in it. Enjoyed my time and the bed was very….very comfortable.

I would give it 5 stars but it's about the only place i stayed that's charging a parking fee in their own uncovered parking lot. It's $7/night. So add about 5% to your stay.

They wanna charge 200 a night on normal nights and over 500 during oil show weeks but don't have working guest laundry. Your typical cheap and greedy hotel.Maybe if Dona put as much effort into her work as she did justifying this hotels shortcomings on bad review responses, they might get somewhere. Less babbling, more work Dona

The worst Holiday Inn Express I have been to. The hotel's area is industrial and feels unsafe. There was a policeman in the lobby when checking in, maybe as a deterrent to crime in the area.The front desk attendant attitude was unwelcoming and when asked if we could exchange room to a higher floor she simply said "your room isalready assigned".The noise in the bedroom from other rooms, both from the side and the upper floors didnt let us sleep, because everybody in the hotel had a late night party going on because it was Saturday night. Worst hotel experience ever, and the peice was so high for what we got.Stay away from this hotel.

The location is great for my work, and the staff is friendly and helpful with everything. Word of advice, rooms are good, but bring flip flops as the rooms aren't carpeted, and it's West Texas, so anything you bring in on your boots is basically with you for the duration. Overall, it is a good place to stay with friendly staff.

This was a last-minute reservation, but so glad they were able to accommodate us. Edwin at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. I explained I was traveling with my parents and without hesitation he put me in a first-floor room. I came back to the front desk because the remote wasn't working, again he fixed it without hesitation. Definitely staying there again when we're in the area.

The hotel was very clean. When checking in it went very smooth and the service was great. When going to midlan the hotels are a gamble. But I would recommend this one. It is in a prime location as well as it has a good amount of parking available.Rooms: The rooms were very clean and set up nicely.Walkability: There is plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance.Food & drinks: There is four places to eat that share a parking lot. They also have a snack store available to purchase items.

I come to town twice a year for a sporting event. Always liked the place, but stopped a few years ago when they started charging for parking. I'm fed up with add on charges everywhere. Just build it into your room price. Its obviously a dissatisfier.

Room was good, but I could hear everything happening on the highway. Breakfast was good plenty of options, staff was friendly, remodeling was going on during my stay but everything was clean considering.

We’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times. After our most recent stay, I found that my account was charged $744 on top of my room rate. There was absolutely no damage to the room. We checked in early evening, ate dinner, slept, and checked out at 7:30am. I called the hotel to ask why in the world I was charged, and they said they didn’t know and I’d have to wait and call back tomorrow. I understand it’s Sunday, but we’re talking several hundred dollars with zero explanation as to why I was charged. So, I’d say don’t trust them, and stay anywhere else!

Our stay at this hotel was great!! Very clean rooms, front desk was very nice and quick to check us in. Breakfast was the best! The breakfast attendant was very nice and made sure tables were clean and that their was plenty of the breakfast items!!

Let me start with it was clean, no complaints there.On the other hand, breakfast was cut off about 15 minutes before 9 so make sure you go before 8:30. She did make 6 more pieces of bacon when we asked but there were no eggs, biscuits or waffle batter.The beds were not comfortable let alone like Holiday Inn normally is. Both of the beds in the room were hard, hard enough I had to take Aleve during the night. (Not something I normally do).

The staff is really good! Went to get breakfast and phat guy showed up 10 minutes before it ended, his anger seeped through his fatness towards the staff on why they didn’t have sausage. The man was very rude to staff but the staff were very nice to him. Staff made him an entire batch of glizzys. He ended up leaving when they were ready forcing them to waste food, mean man, he fat, hotel staff hood. Glizzy mode
