Newer hotel, but horribly uncomfortable. Chlorine smell everywhere. All in the rooms and it is just suffocating. Water smells toxic. Hair and skin like straw after showering in it. It's like swimming pool water. Air shuts on and off all night. Room doesn't cool properly. Air is just slightly cool. Highway and roads are so loud. Construction everywhere. Horrible banging all night. Beds slanted. Felt like I was falling out of the bed all night. Breakfast items very slim. You can tell they are minimizing breakfast now. Not the usual items offered including creamers.

We stayed here while attending graduation for UTPB. Service was impeccable. Savannah and the other front desk staff were friendly, professional, and genuine. The breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We will be staying here when in the area again. Thank you for making our trip comfortable and pleasant!

Rooms are okay. Service is friendly and well business dressed. Continental Breakfast is plain and bland. My stay was extended and breakfast was pretty much the same everyday

Very nice and clean rooms. Newer style with modern amenities. Only issue is that they don't service rooms very often. A note said of you stay 5+ nights they will service the room every 4th night. How does that work when they only give you two bath towels? Most people shower daily. So you will have to make constant requests for clean towels of you stay more than 2 nights. Other than that I would rate 5 stars. Staff have been very friendly and helpful so far. Happy to stay here and like how new and clean it is.

I would strongly advise not to stay at this hotel. We booked for two night on Expedia. We checked into the hotel and less than 20 minutes later we advised the hotel stayed that we would not be able to stay a second night. We were told by (Roxann) that she would let the manager (Lucy) know the following morning. That everything was fine and we would get a refund. I should also note the outlets did not work in one of the rooms. but they were unable to provide another room. We completely understood. Not a big deal. The following morning we checked out of the hotel and they said we would need to receive our refund from Expedia. Contacted Expedia who was extremely professional and reached out to Lucy twice and said she refused to refund us. I attempted multiple times to speak with Lucy on the phone with Expedia. They continued to tell us she was in meetings. On my fifth attempt I, made contact with her and she made several excuses why she wouldn’t refund us. I under stand paying a fee. But she said the fee was the whole night. I don’t understand that. Beside all that she was extremely unprofessional about the problem. Lucy (the manager) then attempted to deflect responsibility by blaming Roxann for being new great quality in a manager ?? $400 charge because somebody is new?Good luck if you stay. We will never again.

I stayed at this location once a month for over one year. Following a two-night stay for a business meeting in Midland, I noticed a $53 charge on my credit card from the hotel. No one contacted me to advise there were any problems. I called the hotel and was first told by reception that it was a deposit that would automatically reverse in a few days. Later, since the charge was still there, I contacted reception for an explanation. They said I missed my reservation. I didn’t miss my reservation. Next, they said they were missing a pillow. I didn’t take any pillows. The missing pillow was wrapped up with the sheets and sent to the laundry. I noticed a receipt e-mailed to me that had a $53 cleaning fee. I asked to speak with a manger three times on different days. Each time they said a manager would call same day. They said the manager was there in her office, but couldn’t take my call. After five days of not getting a call back, I had to dispute the charge with my employer’s credit card company. They failed in communication and client relations.

The room could have used an additional trash can and the thermostat was wacky but Marina was very awesome!

I recently stayed at the Hamton inn Midland South TX. We were charged a one-time pet fee eight separate times and charged taxes three separate times. When asked what could be done for our inconvenience I was told nothing. On top of the incorrect charges, our whole stay was unsanitary and unprofessional. When we checked into our room late at night we were disgusted to find a previous guests food in the fridge. We were told it could not be taken care of till the morning we then asked for it to be taken care of and were accused several times that it was our food before they finally agreed to send up housekeeping to dispose of it. The next morning at breakfast the staff was eating directly from the buffet and after eating the food I became extremely ill with food poisoning. On top of all of this they did not offer breakfast two mornings while we were there and gave no explanation why. Several staff members also brought their kids into work and it was not uncommon to see them running around the lobby and behind the check-in counter. Also when we used the gym we found staff working out in the gym. I’m still waiting for them to help me with the chargers after being on the phone with them all morning and repeatedly being put on hold and told the manager wasn’t in.

Seems like a new hotel. Picked because they are pet friendly and we had points. The shower was divine. The bottled water is expensive.

Rooms: The room was excellent ?? Super clean. The dedding was great, and it's always a plus to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room.Food & drinks: Great breakfast buffet and options. The waffle makers and the waffle batter flavors were yummy, vanilla and red velvet. The morning host was so sweet and friendly. Large breakfast dining area.Noteworthy details: The gym is great. Good size and great equipment options for a quick workout on the road.

Standard Hampton Inn experience, except this location takes my all time worst hotel breakfast award! Even the "emergency sriracha" I bring on my travels couldn't save it. Luckily there was a Starbucks nearby.

Nice clean rooms. Nice staff. Lady that helps with breakfast is a sweetheart and very funny. She cheers me up every morning.Rooms: Very clean.Walkability: A lot of restaurants within walking distance.
