Zack greeted me upon my arrival, I did not have a reservation, his customer service was great and he made everything so easy, thank you so much Zack! I love the hotel and I will definitely stay again in the future.

We stayed here while attending graduation for UTPB. Service was impeccable. Savannah and the other front desk staff were friendly, professional, and genuine. The breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We will be staying here when in the area again. Thank you for making our trip comfortable and pleasant!

Rooms are okay. Service is friendly and well business dressed. Continental Breakfast is plain and bland. My stay was extended and breakfast was pretty much the same everyday
