Very messed up pharmacy.. I had them tell me I couldn’t wait for my prescription. After waiting almost an hour I didn’t receive all my meds then was told that the lady assumed I didn’t want it.. I’m here waiting in pain why tf I wouldn’t want it?? … pissed me off… all of them just rude

The staff are very unfriendly and down right rude. If it’s so miserable to do your job, maybe you should find another profession!!!

This particular store/pharmacy staff deserves more appreciation than they receive. The staff members consistently demonstrate remarkable helpfulness and compassion, particularly when addressing prescription shortages, going above and beyond to aid customers. They consistently maintain a kind and supportive demeanor, even when both in-store and drive-thru lines are lengthy, ensuring that each individual receives the assistance they require.

I went to get my prescription. Cashier said my insurance card was expired. IT WAS THE EFFECTIVE DATE. Seems weird that “it didn’t go through” its one thing or another with this pharmacy I always call my insurance before hand. Had never had issues besides this pharmacy.

I called about a prescription that was supposed to be ready yesterday. The lady told me there was nothing in the system about it being filled. When I asked more questions she got an attitude and told me she would have it ready in an hour because they had just opened and then hung up on me. When my husband called back to speak to the supervisor, he acted as if he could've cared less.

They made me talk to a pharmacist. The pharmacist then gave me incorrect information about how to administer the medicine to my infant. Glad the internet is helpful.

Was never able to speak to a tech or pharmacist, I was told to hold and eventually hung up after nearly half an hour of waiting. My partner called while I was still on hold and was able to ask the question I needed answered, but they never came back on my line. I love HEB but this was a strange experience and put me off using them in the near future.

Rude staff over telephone. Took a big sigh when answering and the whole time was talking to me like she was my mom or something. If doing your job stresses you out so much, maybe customer service isn't for you.

Got told my prescription would be ready in two hours, 8 hours later got told it’ll be ready in 2 hrs again and they are very rude. I’ll find another pharmacy for the future.
