I love this place. Staff is amazing. Even when dealing with rude and unruly costumers. I appreciate all the help that was given!! The girl with the pink hair went above and beyond to help me. Overall great place.

Terrible customer service. Workers act like they hate their jobs. I walked in and the clerk is sitting behind the counter.. Never acknowledged that I even walked in. I set my 2 items on the counter and she asks... For purchase.. Nah.... I'm Just there to annoy you!!!! Of course, for purchase!!!!!!! I won't be back.... And that's unfortunate because it's such a cute store with cute clothes, shoes and earrings.

They make $$$ off of packing & mailing . Ur suppose to have a choice of how to mail . Not there . How about one big box to mail ($21). Should have used brown paper . I also mailed two DVDs .the envelop & the cost to mail was $17.. I won't go there again
