This car wash has seen better days yes I know people don't take care of equipment but the fact that your dispensers on foam, clear coat protectant color foam, pre soak do not work. Nozzles need to be replaced. It is high time to put some money back into this place.

I’ve always used Kent Kwik for the personal touch. But decided to try the vacuum service. Swiped my debit card for poor suction and only time for drivers side and WAS CHARGED 10$$&&&&. Will never return and absolutely ridiculous! No one on site so…-1 is my actual score but not an option. I have disputed the charge with Wells Fargo. BIG NO

This place is a rip-off. I just left there. It gives you no warning when your time is running out, and it only gave me like one second extra for every extra quarter I put in, no soap came out for the soap rinse, the pressure is very low for the higher pressure rinse, and the foam brush is more water than soap. The only thing that was actually worth it was the vacuum.

2 starts ONLY because I'm not a fan of the word hate, which is what 1 star states. While prices were affordable, i was quickly reminded that you get what you pay for. I was often so I wasn't crazy dirty, just every day wear texas dirt and bugs from driving to and from work. Windshield and grill still buggy and no timer on the dryer, so it's a quessing game as to if you will get ur whole vehicleor just half semi dry

The stall I used had low pressure and the water smelled like sewage. I washed my floor Matt's and the can of my truck smelt like sewage. Not only that the water to rinse was still soapy.

The vacuum says 1.00 so I swiped my card and it charged me 10.00,,,,, now that’s mess up trying to find a number to call them

Why does it charge me 10.00 to vaccum? I DIDN'T wash anything. Run your cameras. Ran that vaccum ONCE. date 1/31 and 10:30 am. That's crazy put some signs up if you've a minimum!!

Automatic wash doesn't do well cleaning the sides near the ground. Water leaves a residue if not dry immediately.

The stop button did not stop the timer. This is the third front bay on the right. Though I am done washing my car the timer is still counting and I am being charged! I have NEVER had this issue at any self serve car wash and I had better be compensated. It timed out charging me almost $15. I'll know the actual amount when I see my statement. They need to fix this!
