Service is always interrupted for 4 to 6 hours at least once a week. It goes down around 2pm and doesn’t come back on till around 8pm sometimes later. This is so inconvenient it always happens when everyone gets home from school and work. Anyone needing reliable internet should not get astound the service is great when it works but it goes down for to long to frequently for anyone to rely on the service

Prices keep going up and up every couple of months and they are cutting channels out of the package at the same time. It’s a lose, lose situation with Astound.

Astound raises your bill every year. Trying to understand the customer service people is very difficult. Used Grande/Astound for seven years but cannot endure the lack of service help.

First off, do not return your equipment on a weekend. I'm now forced to pay for pieces of equipment they said I did not return. Because i put it in their dropbox and dropped it off, I don't have much of a case to argue that I did return everything. They raise the prices of everything nonstop after your 1 year deal ends, plus when there are service issues it's impossible to get anybody out to help and they try to charge you to fix their stuff which isn't working. spectrum is terrible and I would still pick them over astound.

Lovely people, especially, Toya, who on the three occasions I was in the store treated me with great kindness, respect and professionalism. and I saw that the same treatment was offered to other clients.It is a place that has personnel of great human quality.She resolve my problem every timeThe costumer service they offer is excellent.!!!!!!

Absolutely horrible, internet goes down constantly, the bill keeps up and the customer service is sad joke. If you like being mad all the time I recommend signing up.

Potential new customer lost. 5 minutes getting redirected by the automated phone system (then it hung up). So I spent another 10 minutes on the website to see if they have service in my area, also a dead zone with no answers (just using the address lookup feature). They have their name on the local stadium and 2 brick an mortar locations nearby but no customer support via phone and their website wants you to call a human that doesn't exist. If I did choose them for service, then had a problem, this is what I could expect. No way, bye!
