They have poor customer service! They are extremely rude and tell false information just to make a sale. I am no longer buying jewelry from them anymore. For now on I’ll be going to their sister company Zelle’s because they have much better customer service.

A terrible experience. Store made a huge error. Took at least 5 months to resolve. Multiple trips to their store, hours and hours lost trying to get this matter resolved. Still not completely resolve. Executive level leadership NEVER contacted us to discuss the error. Terrible, terrible Experience!!Limited skill set from staff. Still have not made it right after all we went through. Still NO call from corporate.

Omg I had such a great experience as soon as I walked in. I was greeted by everyone. I talked to the staff about what we were looking for what my style was. I felt super comfortable and felt like I was super happy with my ring. Staff was super informative and helped me until I made a decision. I’m definitely come back to look for more jewelry. This is my place !!!
