Went in today and I’m a regular customer , I’ve never had an issue with any other cashiers other than the blonde woman in the front , everytime I go there’s always tags ripped off or half taken off , I wanted to purchase a small toy for my toddler and she had an attitude over the tag not being on , when I asked what else can we do she said do you speak Spanish ? I replied with no and she shrugged her shoulders and said “ welp oops sorry ! And rolled her eyes . And when asked if I could talk to someone else she clearly stated no and continued to ignore me .

I went to this Goodwill store and the manager Lisa is so friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond to ensure that I enjoyed my shopping experience. I highly suggest everyone please go and shop and at this store. Ask for Lisa she is the best. She gives better service than manager's at high department stores

I love this place so much, my Baby always practically gets free toys here we will find sets over $60 in store for 3.99. Usually they have almost all of the pieces and she absolutely loves this place sm. This is where I get all her toys for the most part. All I’ve ever really had to buy is little Barbies for her doll houses and she has so many of them in wonderful condition that were literally not even five dollars. ? ?

The exchange policies are lame. They dont even allow a full return. I tried exchanging a backpack and they weren't having it. They only allow clothes to be exchanged like WHAT. I'm a frequent shopper here so I left pissed.

Had signs up saying red tag 50% off this week, my husband chose shirts based on those signs, got to checkout and manager wouldn't honor because "my bad. Forgot to take those down". She did offer to honor them if we were buying the tree or piano that were sitting out with red tags, both of which were overpriced at half off and neither of which were we interested in. Cashier made the comment that she guessed they had missed those particulate pieces of clothing when they pulled all the red tags to the back which explains why it's hard to find tags that match the week's color.

Must be a new person doing prices ..$100. For an old dirty barbie house? Get real! Use to be fair on prices , alot of stuff should be on trash can .clean up stuff if you want top dollar!

Very disorganized. I'm used to the clothes being separated by color and type but, for example, all tops are mixed, only separated by size.

Went to this good will on Illinois, and the assistant manager was rude to my 5 year old nephew. She was rude to me, but I just said she was having a bad day and gave her grace. The gentleman that was helping us saw this lady come outside yanked the 2 wheeler out of his hand and said something ugly to him. Then she looked back at him and frowned. I was going to approach, but I figured you could handle it. She yanked it so hard she hurt his wrist. I know you should have cameras. If not, I will be sending my lawyer to visit. She could have just asked him for it. He was standing on the side waiting for all of us to finish beside the 2 wheel. If you can't take care of this matter, it will be taken to a different level. My second visit and I encounter this unperfesionalism. She could be charged with aggression toward a child under 15 years of age. She either needs training or finding another job that doesn't deal with people.Thank you for your cooperation. I gave them one because all of the workers weren't rude.

i shopped at this Goodwill for the first time and I found about $40 worth of items to purchase. I was with my friend and we we're having a good time sh together. Then it was time to check out and my friend checked out with the older lady and I checked out with the younger tatted out one. I asked the girl a simple question about one of the items because it was broken and she went all smart Alec on me. I held back because my friend was watching us, and I just simply let it go and when I got home a whole bag was missing and of course I called and the older lady said there wasn't any bags left there by any customers. Needless to say, I didn't say anything to my friend but she brought it up about how rude that woman was to me. I won't ever go to that place again. Boooo.

it's bigger than the other goodwill & kinda overwhelming... the clothes are put in size order so it's easier, same with men's... little pricey but overall not bad...
