They are forcing you to buy their membership in this branch. Literally just went for an accessory and apparently you need their membership just to buy it. Went and bought it in Target instead.

The cashier Xzander was very helpful and knowledgeable. This made us old folks' shopping trip TONS easier!!! The store was also very tidy and clean!

I was told at the time of checkout by Ashley that they were having some special promotion and that if I bought their pro membership I would get some legacy points back. I purchased the membership because of it, waited and never received the points. Went 3 times to the store to try and resolve the issue and was told something different every time. Finally when I asked for a refund I was told that it is not a refundable item, and best I could to is dispute the charge via my bank. I will never step foot in a GameStop after this.

Bad customer service from the manager, they do not solve anything for you. Do not buy online if you want to withdraw in the store, they say that it has nothing to do with them. design call customer service and have them solve it.

I just bought a game for x box one and box was empty with no disc on it came back to get the game and they did not give me the actual game and my money back they accused me of stealing it

Amazing customer service and they always have what I need. Max was particularly helpful and kindly helped me with everything I needed even though it might have been a tad of a hassle.

The sales rep here was wonderful! She helped me out over the phone with great customer service and had my item ready when I got there right before closing! Made it great for me and the fact that this was the only store that had exactly what I needed was a life saver! My son wanted a game they had that isnt in too many places...I'll be back!

As usual GameStop disappoints. Yes they did offer warranty when I checked out, but failed to mentioned that if you don’t get it they will not cover defective products. It is unbelievable that they will sell a defective product and will receive it back and at least give you in store credit. Absolutely the last time I go there. For me it will be like going to a museum of the past
