Hunter was friendly knew a lot about fabrics help us pick the correct style for us
He also sold us over other furniture stores in the area due too the greeting us with a warm hello treated us like we were family upon entering the store. It was a stress free environment will buy all or furniture from Furniture Row for sure. If your looking for a nice place too shop please go there..

They do have a really great selection, but takes a little long to get some of the items. If you're in a rush, might not be your place, but if you have time, they are great.

Probably the worst experience with a furniture store and just customer service in general.
5/27 -Purchased furniture set, was told half of the set would be delivered on 6/14 and the rest by the end of July
6/17 -Called to ask where our furniture was and was told that it would be arriving by 6/28
6/28 -Called to get a status again and was told that due to a inventory error, our furniture won't be arriving until August
The delays are one thing, but the fact that I have to chase this company around for updates only to be surprised with more delays is ridiculous. That and the fact that I have nothing to show for the money I've spent makes this whole thing feel like a scam.
We will be cancling our order, credit account, and waiting for the Fortiva credit company to "mail us a check" for our refund, which also seems weird.
So buyer beware, a furniture company that can't keep track of furniture.
