This place is the worst! They had a black truck parked in the only covered parking spot available. When I asked why, I was told that the truck belonged to the GENERAL MANAGER who wasn't even on site. She has her own car and uses the hotel as her garage! How rude and inconsiderate! You can clearly see that customer service is not her priority. She's happy to let her customers be cold and wet!

This place has one covered parking that was taken by the GENERAL MANAGER, Hadeel Gaber, who stayed in this spot the entire 4 days we were here during which was cold rain that we had to endure and unpack with no carts available and could not even be dropped off to escape the cold rain. I commend the front office person, Adrianna Coulla, who handled my complaint very professionally. I will be taking this as high as I can to show that there are plenty of good places to stay in midland but this is not one of them.

Buyer beware and confirm all room rate changes because these swindlers WILL NOT advise you of them. Had to move up my reservation one night and was charged $250 extra. The useless attendant I spoke with claimed she’d advised me of the ABSURD price increase, but we both know she lied. Don’t get scammed like I did!

Do not eat at restaurant.worst service I have ever received Took 1.5 hrs to get a steak salad. Ordered appetizers and never received them, asked waiter and he said they were coming.never got them. Bad part there were only 2 other people in there and they had not gotten their food when we left. They were there when we walked in

I walked in on a Friday and Adriana was at the reception I asked for a adjoining room as I had kids she booked me on a single room with double beds and after I saw it I went back down only for her to tell me they don’t have adjoining rooms
Exhausted from a long drive I tried to find a bigger room in a different hotel and asked her about their cancellation policy as I new I might not get the full refund and I was okay with having a partial refund
Adriana started arguing with me that I will not get a refund since I already “used” the room
After insisting she finally called her supervisor who ended up canceling my reservation
I was just pissed of that she chose to argue with me instead of just saying I’ll text my boss to see if a refund was an option
Ps. I later booked a suite at homewood suites by Hilton and I would totally recommend them instead

I checked in and could not get my tv to work correctly. Had to have maintenance come and repair. The room was nice and clean, as you would expect. I stepped in the shower and slipped and fell. I caution all customers coming here be very careful getting in the shower the base is super slick. I stopped by the front desk the morning I fell and told the front desk person to have the manager give me a call to discuss my fall. That was at 7:00 am the morning I left. I never received a call, I called 4 times leaving my name and number. Finally got to speak to the manager (4:30 pm), she was very rude and blew me off. I was not wanting to file a claim but to give them a suggestion as to how to maybe stop someone from getting hurt badly. Was not interested in me. Won’t stay at this Marriott property again.

Came for a softball tournament. Traveled with 3 children. Was a great experience, went to happy hour service was great. Pool was not like in picture but great. Our last night they were having a party downstairs and my whole room vibrated the entire night. My kids didn't sleep and make for a terrible drive home. Was not made aware that there was a party booked so random people in and out of the hotel.

Room itself was typical for the brand. Treatment by staff?? Absolutely horrendous especially regarding security concerns. I have never felt so attacked as a guest of a hotel in my life and I have traveled the world! Never staying here again and strongly urge people to stay far away.

The female front desk clerk is very demeaning and rude. Be aware if your going to book through a 3rd party like Priceline, use a credit card not a bank card. This hotel charges you an extra $100 dollar deposit to stay here that they do not disclose to you. They will not let you use another card for incidentals. When asked why I was not told of this extra charge that can take 8 to 10 days to be removed. The rude clerk stated it's not there responsibility to disclose the extra charges.... its the 3rd party you booked through. Been using Priceline for 15 years never ran into something like this. Very disappointed based on the price I paid to stay here.

The rooms are good. I appreciate the coffee and tea supplies in the lobby.

So, this isn't the best, but it's far from the worst. Check in was quick and easy. Service is good. However...we was without hot water for a whole day before being moved to a new room. The restaurant has breakfast but it's not worth the price AT ALL! They were out of basically EVERYTHING on the menu, and quite frankly, whoever is cooking just CAN'T cook! Gym is nice, pool is nice, location is ok. Not far from theater, bowling, and shopping so that's a plus. If you need a place to stay for a few days, this isn't a bad choice. Oh by the way...BRING YOUR OWN PILLOWS! These are basically pillowcases stuffed with sheets! Lol

Clean rooms, helpful staff! The hotel is well kept inside and out! They do charge for daily parking now. The kitchen is great, along with the bar service!
