My daughter that lives in Oklahoma called to have FL deliver flowers this Saturday 3-25-23 for my wife’s birthday! They left a note on the door,, 12:53 pm to give them a call. We were at lunch. 1:30 my wife started trying to call them. Left a message. No answer no reply. Called 3 times.Store hrs are 8:00-2:00 pm Saturdays.Pretty sad all the way around. Sorry service. They have been moved to our families bottom of the list.Thanks Flowerland

I called this morning to see if they could get flowers delivered to my mom for her birthday. Didn't even get that far into it because Ron who answers the phone was super rude. I will call a different flower shop with better hospitality. I asked him how he was and he sighed as if I was a bother even calling. Then when I mentioned I was just glad it was Wednesday and his response was "RIIIGGGGHHHTTTT" in a very sarcastic way. Do Better Ron!!!!!!!!

I live in Florida and needed to send flowers to my brother-in-laws funeral in Midland. Ron at Flowerland was highly recommended by my son and daughter-in-law that are friends of his, I called and spoke to Ron and he assured me he would take care of everything, the flowers were beautiful! I recently ordered an arrangement for my sister's 50th wedding anniversary. I requested yellow roses. The arrangement was so beautiful, and the roses were such a vivid shade of yellow that many of the guests, both male and female, remarked on the amazing color! The greenery in the arrangement and the lovely vase put the finishing touches to an outstanding floral tribute to a very special occasion. I highly recommend Flowerland!!Thank you,Donna Cox
