People keep using my stupid card on Uber and Lyft when I don’t even use them apps or even have an account with them like I need my money I have to get another card AGAIN like this is so pathetic especially when your sick in bed for the past 3 days now I have to go to a branch and get one for now that mine comes in I should have listened when they said this place sucks

they dont fight for you when u dispute a false transaction and my wife deposited her check from the irs they froze her account and said it was fraud and was rude to us after the check was varified by the irs and still sent the money back i will never use this bank again.

The bank sucks they told me that there shouldn't be a problem with me getting my money back from a fraudulent charge I bought from a company and it was a pet company turned out it was a scam company they say it was a jewelry place I never received anything and they say I'm responsible what a bank I thought they were supposed to be there to help you well no way just bewaredon't bank with them

I had great service from the gentleman who signed me up. I was in a hurry and asked him how long it would take he said 15 minutes and did exactly that. Even took the time to set up my app for me and my direct deposit. The only that i didn't like was that the app didn't let me deposit a money order which was the reason why I signed up in the first place.

Rip off bank they charged you overdraft fees on fees that left my account in overdraft. You try to close your account they want a freaking $25 service. This bank It’s worse than Wells Fargo and they’re going to get fined billions of dollars because I am going to make sure the complaints are filed with the federal government and the state banking Commissions.I am not a stinking Walmart shopper….

Very poor customer service! Wednesday this branch did everything the could to be unprofessional and give beyond poor customer appreciation. I'd close my account if it wasn't tied into so many other things. 1 star and 1 finger outta 5.

The site says they close at 6pm and I got in line at 5:15 while they still had staff working, I was asked what I needed and I just had to deposit a check. Simple and quick and instead of performing good customer service since we are the reason they have a business to work for. I was told sorry we are closed when they obviously weren’t because they site says otherwise and you still have staff working and you couldn’t be nice and deposit a simple check. Find better employees for this location please

WORST BANK IVE EVER USED. THEY CANCELED MY CARD TWICE FOR NO REASON THEN GAVE ME A TEMPORARY CARD STILL WAITING ON MY PERMANENT CARD 2 MONTHS LATER. THEN I CANT USE ONLINE APP SINCE MY ACCOUNT IS ON HOLD. WILL CHANGE BANKS TODAY

When they switched their online banking app format I couldn't access my account.I called the help line and he told me it was my phone number he wasn't recognizing & I had to visit a branch. I was thousands of miles away.... so I quit using my account.I come back and now I'm told my account is closed and I owe then $30+change & the guy tells me how is it their fault when I could've just called the number for my account balance... But it wouldn't tell me my purchase history... But I was supposed to be ok with that.Bye Felicia

This is the..WORST BANK!!!!..ever..this BANK only give you nothing but broken promises..I have been waiting for a month..for this bank to send me a permanent debit card that I can use..when it only that's 3 days to get one..i feel that no one should go there..in till they more proper training..on customer service...given them one star...is a lot...

Worst bank ever. Show up at 2 minutes before closing because they let an overdraft charge go through my account that has no overdraft which then causes my rent payment to be returned for insufficient funds which then causes charges for overdraft that I don't have an allowance for and gives me a charge from my landlord for late fees and returned check fees from both and I don't even have checks on my account for the bank to charge me for in the first place. Just walk up to the counter burn your money then you will get a charge in the mail for failure to receive the charge for not charging you a charge. I will be closing my account ASAP. And yes there is a charge for closing your account also,no matter how long it's been open. That one is worth every penny
