I ordered flowers for my mom for mothers day and I’m so happy with the way they turned out. I was very nervous at first and wanted them to be perfect for my mom since I don’t get to see her very often and when I saw a picture of the bouquet she received I was so happy. Thank you Michelle for making such a special flower arrangement for my mother. She was surprised, happy and a bit emotional lol. I highly recommend going to Michelle if you ever need a flower arrangement. She’s very sweet and very helpful.

I bought flowers for Mother’s Day and they are absolutely the most incredible flowers I have ever seen. The arrangement exceeded my expectations exponentially. The customer service and pricing was wonderful. I 100% recommend them and will continue to purchase flowers in the Midland area from here.

I ordered flowers from Fancy Flowers for the first time but it will definitely not be the last time. The flower arrangement is absolutely beautiful! I ordered on line and everything from ordering to delivery was perfect. Seriously, the arrangement is stunning!

Highly recommend! The store was gorgeous, and the help was amazing and very much appreciated. I ended up selecting the perfect, pink rose bouquet for my special someone on Nurse’s week. I’m sure I’ll be back again soon, Thank Yinz for all the help and service!

I ordered an empathy arrangement at around 10 am for today because my very dear friend passed away and when I talked to Michelle, she informed me that the person who makes those specific arrangements wasn’t available but she actually went beyond and above and made it happen, and made sure it was very purple as it was my friend’s favorite color.I teared up as soon as I saw it because the arrangement had butterflies and I actually didn’t ask for it to be included .. butterflies were my friend’s favorite! I thanked Michelle for including it and she told me that when she read my note she knew she had to include it.She really cares for her customers and goes above and beyond! Thank you Michelle.

I’ve ordered flowers twice from here recently. I spoke over the phone with Michelle both times, and she was excellent in helping me select the right flowers. The arrangements were beautiful and delivered perfectly both times!

The customer service this business has is FANTASTIC. I called late one afternoon and they were still able to do a next day delivery. That isn’t very common in my experience. Not only was It a fast turn-a-round they even let me change delivery addresses the next day at the last minute!!!Even with me inconveniencing them the lady was extremely nice.The flowers were delivered and are incredible.I highly recommend this florist.

Best customer service and absolutely beautiful flower arrangements! I did not have time to look for an arrangement for a funeral so I called and Michelle was the sweetest, I told her an amount and left it up to her. The arrangement was phenomenal and she had it delivered within an hour of calling! I highly recommend and you will not be disappointed!

Please see the deluxe Love and Laughter bouquet that was ordered vs what was actually received!!!!! (The screenshot of the actual bouquet online was removed due to copyright) Really disappointed with the bouquet sent to my mother for her birthday. I'm in Kentucky and she's back home in Midland. Great customer service but the product is NOT as advertised or worth the $70+delivery! The flowers were lacking in luster, was not a full bouquet!!!! Not what is advertised or ordered!
