Finding everything I need in the store is great but every time I go to this store there is a worker that is always in her phone cursing true the store or in the register and it's not a way to talk wile You are working.

As I enter the store I see the line all the way to the cookie isle. I'm asking myself what the point for the remodel yall did,when there is never no one on the second registere.. As always I see the lady,THE MANAGER ALWAYS ON HER PHONE TALKING AND WALKING AROUND.This is what I see everytime I come in,which is every other day.

Line almost to the back. Just asked if she had help, and she almost bit my head off. Said she didn't remember asking me for help in an annoyed tone. I don't believe I was rude, but the cashier sure was. Maybe she was just having one of them days.

The cashier was very friendly the store was cleaner than most ; however, the stocking personnel were rude and obtrusive . I understand everyone has a job to do but let's remember the customer is the reason you are stocking the shelves and a kind word and an excuse me goes a long way from pushing your way through a shopping customer

Went in for a quick stop( on my lunch break 30 mins).Made my way through the isles, very crowded with items still waiting to be put up. I walked up to the counter to do my purchases one lady told me she will be right with you. Then walked away. I waited for about 12 mins and then finally another woman came said oh sorry. Talk about anyone could have stolen from that place they acted like it didn't matter. No customer service there.

If I could give it less than one star I would. Went in to grab a few items store was a mess. Had 8 employees sitting on the shelves watching movies on their phones. A what looked to be a asst. manager comes out from the and starts joking around with them. Meantime I am trying to grab a few products from where everyone is sitting around. The assistant manager asks one of the girl where someone was and she starts telling him he is on his way he is late because he had to go by drugs. Then she say they are only together because he supplies her drugs and he sells them from the store. Funny how family dollar does not care about their reputation. I was there for 20 minutes and with that many employees not doing anything I can see why the store looks like it does.
