No bottled water for sale or available. Water tank in fitness center empty. Water machine for filtered water at breakfast broken. Serving tap water in decorative tank in lobby. This is in Midland, TX, home of some of the worst tasting water in America. Staff laughed about ownership being cheap when I asked. Been using Marriott for a decade, this is the worst I’ve seen.

Terribly disappointed in the Marriott brand. They quoted my son one fee in person and charged over 3x the amount to the card. One employee stated that all they had left were suites and our suites are normal $650 on Wednesday night… but a suite was not reserved. Either extremely unethical billing practices or taking complete advantage of a 19 year old. Spoke to a manager, Petra, on the phone AND in person. Was going to investigate but never got back with me after three business days. When I called back she was conveniently not in. Do not stay at this location or get all quoted fees in writing. Marriott used to be far better than this.Noteworthy details: Do not stay here

Horrible Customer Service by Aracely night front desk host, we use this chain for all our travel but we will never stay at this location in Midland ever again. We have never been treated with such disrespect like we had last night. She should not be allowed to be at the front desk unsupervised. I hope the General Manager reads this and views their cameras. Marriott you need to do a better job and evaluate your employees.

I arrived late at night around 2am. Mrs.Aracely was very sweet and helpful. She gave us a complementary bag with water nuts and a granola bar. We proceeded to our room upstairs. The A/C wasn’t working properly. Called Mrs.Aracely to see if there’s anything she can do to fix this. She gave us a room down stairs with great A/C and apologized for the inconvenience. Not sure why Willie Barraza thought she was rude. I’ve been staying here these past couple of months and I always check in with her. Maybe he should treat hospitality workers with more respect.This is my favorite hotel to stay in while my husband does business here in Midland Tx. Recommend 10/10.Rooms: Rooms felt very cool. Showers have great pressure. Always satisfied with my stay.

We checked in with a group and needed 14 rooms. The staff, the entire staff was able to all of us in before 12pm. We will always choose this location when in the area...

Overlooked the lack of cleanliness in this older outdated hotel because the water pressure in the shower was great, something you don’t find much anymore but when they screwed up my credit card charging an additional $260 which I am still trying to get back that did it for me.They talk over you when you are trying to explain you were charged and they say it’s a credit.They push you to get upset then they hang up on you.

None. I will never book at this hotel the problem started from the beginning the girls who answered the call booked the room for the same day a called when I had told her was for the next day when I checked my email I tried to call the hotel millions of times never answered had to call an 800 number and the gentleman answered he helped me to change the date But which a higher rate. And and at that point I was stuck . I agreen to the rate and the rest of it. Getting to the hotel the person that was in front desk was very shorting and ugly. I was trying to tell her something and she just said yeah our phones don't work. Handed to the key and she was done with me

I do not recommend this hotel. Few things:1. The bedding had stains on it, as did the towels.2. The wash cloth that I used literally fell apart as I was trying to use it.3. The room just felt dirty even though it wasn't4. poor lighting in the room, some of the lights didn't work. so getting ready in the morning was real enjoyable5. In the bathroom it looked as though someone had "unalived" themself. My husband took a shower first and then myself and as the bathroom got more steamy, dark stains became more prevalent on the wallpaper. I'm not saying that is what it was, it just looked like it with the pattern of the stains.6. The bathroom was not scrubbed well and the shower curtain was dirty.Over all, eww. Will not stay here again.

Paper thin walls.People revving their engines in middle of night.toilet leaking all nightour door was soo poorly cut that there was about a 2 inch gap between door and floor and 2 inch gap on side from door knob to floor. yes we had to put towels in these gaps to make it dark in our roomfridge was old made too much noise.. had to unplug.sad experience.

Melva, if i have the name correct - the manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. I will never book through this hotel again. She hung up mid conversation while trying to figure out payment options and continued to lie about a conversation that was had in front of myself and my manger. When checking in last night I specifically said this card was to purchase the Gatorade she did not ask if I was changing the card on file considering the stay was already booked from the travel agency that my employer uses. She lied several times, was extremely rude, hung up during conversation and threatened to cancel my room today if she didn't receive my business card number which I don't have access to. Sad to know that she's in management and that these things go on within this hotel.

Worst hotel stay. I am a Marriott rewards member and I expected more. I even sprang for a more expensive room.When we got there, we asked for a crib. It was absolutely disgusting. Gunk and stains all over it. When the front desk lady took it to our room, she realized the heat had been all the way up since their ice storm, which occurred a week prior.Our room didn’t cool down until 6am the next morning!!!!! not only was this miserable for me and my husband, but especially for my newborn baby. he did not sleep.The room reeked was marijuana. it was so overpowering. especially with the heat. it didnt take long to realize where the smell came from, the bathroom. it was the worst of all.to know the room hadnt been looked at for over a week was disgusting.i also think i should mention the front desk lady had two teenage boys with her. i suspect it was staff and/or family members that smoked weed in our room.this was the worst experience. i will not be back.

My room was not very clean hairs on pillowcases sheet, in the bathtub and on the floor good thing I bring my own linens. The manager was being rude to me at check in she was lying to him like I’m so kind of dummy and now my card has pending charges when she said that card was declining and that they didn’t make any charges on my card please stay somewhere else that they respect your money and are willing to do the work to give u a clean room

On my way traveling back home, stop to stay for the night. This is more of a motel. Absolutely disgusting and dirty, very low end and poverty stricken. Unfortunately it was 11pm when I arrived so there weren’t any other options available. Staff ( Justina Jackson) is horrible as well. Please save your self and do not come here.
