I tried to get a job for this company. I saw an ad on Craigslist. They texted back and wanted my personal information. I.E. Name, drivers license, and date of birth. I was uncomfortable and reluctant to give my info. Through a text without going into a location and physically filling out an application. I especially dont want to give out my personal information to a stranger that I have never met. When I called, the lady wouldn't divulge her name, and when I said for security reasons, I'm not texting anyone my personal identification information. She hung up on me. I called right back, and it went to voicemail. Makes you wonder if these people are using citizens' identification for scams or selling it illegally. They should change their regulations!

I used this company this past weekend and they damaged my brand new washer and dryer. The older gentlemen took pictures and no one every called me. I called today and spoke to the lady in the office and she said there is nothing they can do with my property being damaged. I would highly recommend that you don't use this company I paid over $900 for a moving company I thought was great. Come to find out they hire people with substance abuse issues and damage property

I had a move scheduled for 1pm on Saturday 6/17/23. I ran into an issue and called EZ Local Moving to let them know that I would be about 30 minutes late. The phone call was pleasant, professional and calm. I arrived about 45 minutes late and the gentleman/gentlemen were professional and pleasant.I was expecting for my move time (charge) to begin at 1pm, it is a business and I understand that. I was told that the charge time doesn't begin until I sign the paperwork.EZ Local Moving were professional, courteous and just nice throughout the entire process of moving and unloading my possessions.I will Definitely call on them again!

I gave 4 out of 5 stars because 4 of the 5 men that came to move our home were fantastic (4 movers, 1 driver)!The 5th guy not only attempted to steal the key to my husband’s $20,000 Harley Davidson that was in the garage at the house we were moving from, he handled all of the cheaper (light wood) items with absolute carelessness. Many of my shelving units were broken and this one particular worker only brought boxes in and dropped them. The other 3 movers were efficient and professional.The ONLY reason we were able to recover the Harley key is because one of the HONEST workers overheard my husband say that he was calling the cops of that key didn’t show up immediately!It was about to be a one day for everyone, so the honest worker recovered the key and gave it to my husband when we got t our new home.We are very disturbed knowing that we had a straight up thief in and out of both our old home and our new home.I told Kathy the owner that we could resolve it by cutting back from $200 per hour for 4 men to $150 an hour for 3 men. I am uneasy about paying $50 an hour for someone that tried to steal the key to our Harley!She did take off 30 minutes ($100), however, I would not recommend this company unless you have all valuables(even the smallest items you’d never think of, such as a key hanging on a hook in the kitchen) locked away and out of sight.Again… 3 of the 4 men were phenomenal! I do not want them painted with this same brush, however, the actions of one employee can stain the reputation of an entire business.A special shout out to the HONEST worker who recovered the key for us after watching his coworker show off his find on the drive from old home to new home.This was 2 days ago and I’m still in complete shock that it even happened.

I hired EZ local movers from Midland to move my home on 7.18.22 4 movers and 1 driver showed up early and did impressive professional workUntil I left with the movers and my husband went to the home we just moved from, where we still had some personal items left to retrieve. One thing that was still at our original home was my husbands $20,000 ****** ******** secured in our garage. My husband noticed that the key to the ****** was missing! One of the 4 movers stole the key from a hook hanging in my kitchen. I know this because one of the HONEST workers on the crew overheard my husband and I having an upset conversation about the missing key and retrieved it for us after watching his coworker admire his new find on the ride from old house to new house. So now we have the struggle of knowing that we had a straight up thief/ robber in both of our homes with all of our valuables. The owner took $100 off of the $600 total charge. The services were $200 an hour for a 4 man crew. I paid $400 the day we booked and an additional $100 the day my husband had to take off work to resolve this for a 3 hour and 10 minute moving job. This business is disgusting. They had the moving crew crawl in and out of the broken back window of the truck and the trailer was beat up from every angle.I feel sorry for the 3 honest hardworking movers that they are associated with this business

If I could give zero stars I would. This moving company stole from another tenants unit on our property on camera. Than cussed us and lied. The owner Cathy Owens said she didn’t care charge OUR MUTUAL customer for the items stolen. Formerly known as All star movers this business changes its name to run from its bad business practices. We don’t recommend them for ANYONE that has morals to do what’s right.

They have moved me several times and have never disappointed me. Always on time and they get the job done. Kathy always keeps in touch during the move. Will use them again as needs arrive.
